Toters is currently looking for an HR & Administrative Officer for Syria office to facilitate daily HR and admin functions around the office.
Responsibilities:
- Administration & Office Management
- Manage office logistics to ensure safe and smooth office operation (including stationery/sanitary orders and travel scheduling and follow-up)
- Establish and maintain a general filing system for the office
- Maintain register for office equipment and property/facility management
- Handle the office petty cash and submit reports where needed
- Support in other admin tasks as needed
- Human Resources
- Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests
- Maintain digital and electronic records of employees
- Coordinate training sessions when needed
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff
- Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any related field (essential)
- 2+ years of experience as an HR Officer or HR Generalist (essential)
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
